Warranty Coverage

Every 4x4 Collective seat comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. We’ve got your back if a genuine manufacturing issue arises.Our Warranty Covers:

 • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
 • Faulty stitching or seams
 • Frame or structural failures
 • Mechanism faults

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

 • Normal wear and tear from regular use
 • Damage caused by accidents, incorrect installation, or misuse
 • Cosmetic blemishes such as scuffs, scratches, or fading
 • Damage during shipping if not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, here’s how to submit a claim:

1. Email sales@4x4collective.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

2. Our team will review your claim and advise if the item needs to be returned for inspection.

3. If a return is necessary:

  • The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged for transport.

4. After inspection:

  • If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product — at our discretion.
    If not covered under warranty, the item will be returned with an explanation.

Important Notes:

 • Return postage for warranty assessment is the buyer’s responsibility.
 • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
 • Turnaround times may vary depending on inspection outcomes and product availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered, we will make it right — at no extra cost to you.

To Report a Fault or Error:

  • Contact sales@4x4collective.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • Once approved, we will either:
  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on what’s appropriate.

Important Things to Know

We are unable to process refunds or returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
  • Unclaimed parcels lost in transit
  • Normal wear and tear over time
